Based at our Sheffield site but offering UK-wide coverage, our Engineering Workshop has all the facilities needed to offer our customers a first-class professional service for all strapping tool and machine needs. We are also able to visit customers to carry out onsite inspections and repairs if necessary.
Our dedicated team of engineers and tool technicians are at our customers’ disposal to help keep their businesses moving, whether for one-off repairs, breakdowns, or to provide the cover offered by our service or preventative maintenance contracts.
We also offer training to our clients’ operators and other members of staff in the use and day-to-day maintenance of strapping tools and machines. In addition, we have a comprehensive stock of spare parts. We are also more than happy to source strapping tools, machines and spare parts not in our standard range.
